Full Description of Cabin
The cabin is on 51 feet of lakeshore with great views of Big Stone Lake. The front door opens onto a deck where you can enjoy a book, relaxation or a barbecue. The lake is just few feet away. The yard gently slopes to the lake. There is also a fire pit and dock for your enjoyment. The cabin is air conditioned and heated, has a fully furnished kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. All linens, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Radio/CD player and gas grill are furnished. The cabin has a living room with a pull out sofa for extra guests, kitchen, bath with shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has bunk beds while the other a full size bed. Optional services include babysitting and movie rental. Big Stone lake is 30 miles long and is located on the Minnesota-South Dakota border. The lake is the source of the MN River and attract anglers who catch walleye, northerns and bluegills. Lake Area is 12,610 acres. If your choice of fun is golfing, you are in luck. The Ortonville Public Golf Course offers 18 holes. This is a par 72 course and has received high raves from golfers.
