This four bedroom, three bath, 3000 square foot home is situated on a beautiful two acre rural setting overlooking Perch Lake. Natural habitat for viewing deer, geese, badger, raccoons, bear, and bald eagles. Three decks, natural oak throughout, large master suite with jacuzzi, walk-in closet, and private deck, handicap accessibility. A quiet retreat, which has been described as therapeutic, for all seasons. The enormous master bedroom features a private sitting area overlooking the lake from a panoramic window, access to the second floor deck and the master bath with a three person jacuzzi bath.
